At AsRa Tech, In one of our projects, we conducted a detailed CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis of a quadcopter, exploring the effects of different angles on its aerodynamic performance. Using velocity inlet and pressure outlet as our flow boundary conditions, we set the walls to a no-slip state. The working fluid? Ideal gas. We ran simulations at 0°, 18°, and 37°, carefully analyzing the results to extract crucial insights like lift, drag, velocity, and pressure profiles.
