What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable web backends using Django and Flask.
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps and frontends using Flutter & React (JS)
• Build custom ERP modules for schools, POS systems, inventory management, and industry-specific workflows.
• Prepare databases and data pipelines to support future machine learning and AI model training (such as demand forecasting and seasonal trend analysis).
• Take ownership of projects from design to deployment.

What We Need From You

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on command of Python (Django, Flask), Flutter, java-script (React).
• Capable to design, and configure the databases for clients in such a way as to be compatible for integration with AI models trainings, intelligent decision making, and forecasting etc
• Practical experience building ERPs, POS systems, or enterprise portals.
• Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• A proactive mindset and readiness to shape a growing tech environment.
